iWHELD have been creating a revolutionary programme for the care sector, based on 20+ years of valuable knowledge. Their ongoing mission being to empower and support people living with dementia in care homes. The challenge they were facing was making the programme look and feel as valuable as the content it contained, and making sure it felt accessible to an industry that is often overworked and understaffed.
We worked hard with the team to ensure the visuals and language across all of these assets reflected the value of the programme while keeping it accessible to people who are time poor and may speak English as a second language.

Enhancing user engagement
A key responsibility of mine is to make the program more engaging, warm, and welcoming by creating vibrant illustrations for the header banners and redesigning worksheets for iWHELD. These visuals enhance the overall user experience, making the content feel more inviting and interactive.
Emoji suite
I’m also responsible for brainstorming and designing fun, emoji-style icons for the programme, giving them a personable and approachable feel. These icons are designed to reflect the program’s tone and personality, adding a playful, relatable touch that makes the experience more welcoming and helps users connect with the content.
